Caramelised fennel on a bed of gently creamed judian beans with fresh herbs dressed in lemon (v)

Hand made pumpkin & sage girasoli drenched in silky parmesan cream (v)

Our classic beef fillet tagliata OR Wild funghi gratinati with a dash of white truffle oil both with with salsa verde and slow roasted tomatoes on the vine with a peppery rocket & pecorino shavings  

Amaretti caramelised apples on delicate vanilla ricotta and crumbled cantucci
